Your grieving process will be unique to you. The ability to make it through the death of a loved one can be challenging, as feelings of shock and disbelief, anger, guilt, and depression are common. Caring for yourself is important. There is no timetable for grief, so don’t compare yourself with others who have lost loved ones. We have an excellent library of books, videos and pamphlets on coping with loss to help you through the months after a death.
